Relax mode won't let me open my apps I restricted even when turned off?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help. Relax won't let me use the apps I chose to restrict. It said it'd only restrict them when Relax is on. It's no longer on yet it won't let me use them. I'm literally on the brink to tears, I'm tired. I've tried almost everything including getting the assistant help tutor thing. The person helping me tried EVERYTHING. Nothing worked. I am so done with life. I don't need this to top everything off.

I had the same problem, using Sleep mode. Restricted apps, they grey out and stayed greyed out. 

I believe this is a bug with the mode and routines app. You can't uninstall it as well as it is a default app by Samsung.

To Reset the greyed out apps, go to the Modes and Routines app, App info

Force stop the app, got o Storage - Clear Data & Clear Cache

All your apps should be workable again.

The other FINAL option if this does not work is to factory rest your phone. Backup all your data to Samsung Cloud first.
