Rotate symbol in Gallery edit menu

The rotate symbol and feature from the Gallery edit menu on oneUI 6.1.1? Makes no sense. I'm using a tablet with no image rotate tool? Make it make sense.

It wasn't removed, just moved. When you open an image, hit the Edit pen icon. There should be three options at the bottom of the image: flip, rotate and ratio.
