Samsung Cash Back Rewards

Do i need to have a samsung pay cash card account open to cashout the Samsung Cash Back Rewards!? I have been unable to get a Samsung Pay Cash Card because this error pops up and the phone number only asks for a "valid" number, but when i enter my phone number, it automatically hangs up! i have tried other samsung customer service phone numbers to get to someone, but, they are no help at all!! i hope i can cash out my Samsung Cash Back rewards without a samsung pay cash card account!!

thank you,, i have called and found out that Samsung Cash Back Rewards Card is seperate from the Samsung Pay Cash Card!! i will continue to use the cash back rewards!!
