Samsung Apps and ServicesIt all depends when orders were put in. It seems like towards the beginning of the month, if you placed your pre-orders, they were accepted by samsung finance.
Wish samsung would of notified the general public of this instead of wasting time to get hold of a customer service rep.
Currently, Samsung finance is down due to the migration of websites for the finance department.
