Issues with Samsung Financing site

So I keep getting emails in regards to changes made to the samsung financing site. At first it was about a new site they were moving too. Next was about the site being down for a couple days. Then it was about needing to reset my password. Unfortunately, I am still unable to log into the site. Is anyone else having issues with this?

I have been trying to call TD Bank/ Samsung Financing for at least a week (July 23, 2024). I've tried multiple different numbers and still the same - hold for more than 30 minutes at a time. I even called Samsung Accounts twice and each time they gave me a completely different number. All I need is my account number in order to log in to their new site (as of July 19, 2024) so that I can pay and manage my account. The new portal isn't recognizing my username or password, and I can't do a password reset or username lookup without the account number, which I don't have and none of my communication from them indicates. Am I supposed to let my bill be late so they will call me?

I take it you can no longer purchase watches on finance. Seems to only be eligible for phones and other large appliances

I purchased the watch 7 with it. I pre ordered on the 12th and received it on the 20th.

I have Samsung financing used it to buy my ultra watch didn't have any problem and my earbuds

No issues here for Fold 6, Watch 7 and Galaxy bud 3 on finance.

It all depends when orders were put in. It seems like towards the beginning of the month, if you placed your pre-orders, they were accepted by samsung finance. 

Wish samsung would of notified the general public of this instead of wasting time to get hold of a customer service rep.

Currently, Samsung finance is down due to the migration of websites for the finance department.

I don't think you can purchase anything on any type of financing anymore. Only pay in 4 for every product I carted.
