They may not have an app specifically towards that to my knowledge, but if you use the Samsung reminder app you will be able to set it to the day and times you want the alarm to go off to remind you. Plus you can have it repeat every week and you won't have to touch it anymore. It will be basically on auto pilot. I hope this helps you out.
The samsung health app is not working on my galaxy 9 it say network error 0×2700001 try again later I have cleared app out uninstalled and reinstalled rebooted my phone nothing works and my phone is updated was a good app up until a week ago.
