Samsung Health "Together" step count dropping

So I've noticed on my Samsung Health App, in my "Together" tab that my step counts change from day to day, my friends on my tab have also noticed it. At one point I was at roughly 92k steps, now it's down to 50k, is there a certain reason for this? I just thought it was a continuous progression of step counts? Thank you for any feedback

You phone is thinking its a false step get a watch made by samsung if you don't already

I have and use a Fitbit, I'm assuming a Galaxy Watch would be better?

Yes they are I have a galaxy watch 6 and it tracks my steps but yells at me to stand up
