I select mail-in option for repairing my phone and try to pay the bill. It says invalid credit card details. I have tried multiple credit cards I have and check information is correct. I believe all informations and number is correct and it still does not work. I have also tried chrome, edge, mobile chrome, incognito chrome, and deleting cookies and settings. It just does not work and the agents I chatted with does not understand and is not helpful.
