Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Same here. My 3 year old is so upset he can't watch his shows on living room tv

Same for me I woke and tv plus is just gone. I've reset everything, changed out cables, tried to manually update, reset TV and reprogrammed all the channels for air and cable. Yet nothing has helped. Still tells me Samsung TV Plus is not available and antenna disconnected. Which I've never had an antenna connect.

Me too! I tried a channel scan and even went so far as to do a factory reset (so now I have to re-log-in to ALL the other apps...). None of that worked. TV Plus is just GONE.

 

FWIW... the samsungtvplus.com internet site is working fine, so it's clearly a TV software problem.

Yes, exactly the same thing happening with my 65”. Hopefully this is an update error. I’ll keep watching this thread.

Just spoke with Tech Support and they said there is an update being performed to the app. It is expected to take 24-48 hours to complete and their engineers are working on it as we speak.
