Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

It looks like Samsung deleted it because it suddenly disappeared for everyone on all their TVs.   Perhaps Samsung did updates and will fix this.    They better do.  The only reason I bought their TV was for this App.

I guess you didn't read the user agreement. They tell you that they're taking all of your privacy away, even on other devices that are on the same network as your TV. They put it writing. No joke!

It is not an app in the normal sense of the word, like the netflix or prime apps.  It is built into the software programing of the television you bought.... i.e. It's just there when you buy it.    Live chat with a support agent just a few minutes ago informed me they are aware of it and working to restore it.   It's a glitch.👍

Me too! Literally went upstairs to put my daughter down for nap, come back downstairs to turn on the tv and boom… it’s gone

Same here.  I was watching it and boom,  the tv shut down.  When I brought it up,  it made me go through several new tv set up.

I hate giving a company complete control of something I paid for and put in my house.

Perfect timing though. I need a new phone and have been researching between the Pixel or wait for the Samsung in January. 

Their little stunt today just made that an easy decision.

(I ditched my last Samsung because they locked in Google Plus and other non-functioning apps that I could not remove)
