Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Everybody is wasting time with something Samsung broke. They haven't even published the "outage" that they are calling an "update". I am sure they are going to lose some sales in the immediate future.

Samsung TV is being updated. Nothing is wrong with your tv. Samsung TV Plus will be down for the next 24 to 48 hours. I called Tech Support and they said Emails was sent out but I never received one. Anyhow, it will be back up with in the next 24 to 48 hours.

I just searched my email - including spam folder - and I never received a thing from them.

Apparently someone called samsung support earlier and said that they were updating it and it'll be restored in 24-48 hours

I just contacted him this is what they sent me. I told him that this was unacceptable and the second picture is what they sent back.

Another thing is I don't like how they have control of these apps there's apps on here for instance tiktok I do not want on this TV but it doesn't give me permission to delete it I bought this TV I should have full control of it. Unfortunately we don't have control of updates but they don't even inform their customers they're doing it that's pretty sad just saying 😕

It's funny I can watch it on my phone and run it through my TV that way that just makes me think why through your phone but not through your TV they are so many comments on this thread.

So nice of them to alert their users. I've been going crazy trying to figure out how I deleted it when I just turned my TV on and how to get it back. As much as I paid for this TV I should have more control of it than Samsung does. I doubt I'll be buying another Samsung TV.
