Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Another option is since it is Christmas I can buy a new LG TV and return the Samsung TV I bought to give my grand son for Christmas and get him an LG as well.  I think I can also go to the local Walmart Superstore and tell people to avoid your product and get the LG for Christmas.

The app disappeared overnight and is not available for download in search. I also see the cable TV set up icon as well. Our auto update feature is turned on, so this is probably because of some update that was done that messed this up. I hope y’all fix it soon!

I'm having the same issue on both Tvs.  1 tv I could see the on demand but nothing would happen when i selected a show. I cleared the cache, did the air scan and ended up doing a restart on it. On the other tv I simply tried to reinstall the app. Both tv says live tv cable where samsung plus was and neither show the app when I search for it.  When I select a on demand title it says to reinstall the app. However when I hit reinstall nothing happens

I’m experiencing the same thing and thought I was losing my mind. Did a reset and now I have to reinstall all my other apps too and still don’t have Samsung plus!

Also out, what do they me to just mirror it from a samsung phone. I will be getting rid of phone also if this is not restored.

My TV is updated to the latest software, I do not own a galaxy, I hope this does not mean that I do not get to use the tv plus anymore, this will impact my decisions in future purchases of Samsung products

Lost mine as well trying to get it back keeps saying reload app but won't do it on TV. Spent alot of time checking reset and restore doesn't work
