Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

When attempting to check for the firmware updates, software update, and device care are no longer available to select. What’s going on with the television?

I have the same problem, with the Samsung TV Plus app disappearing and when you push the button, it states not available. Both of my TV's have the same problem. I did check for the latest software and it is up to date. I also did a factory reset on one of my TV's and that did not help. It appears to be system wide.

Lost the app button, reset my tv and all updated still can’t seem to see the app or be able to download it!

Same thing happened to my Samsung TV this morning. I’ll check for firmware but I hope there’s a solution if that doesn’t work.

I think that it has to do with the update. I am someone else's place and they have it.

The tv software is up to date but I can’t not update the app because there isn’t one. Hurry. I am missing Bob barker !!!
