This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung tv plus app disappears on all Samsung tvs. I’ve tried everything. It’s as if the app no longer exists.

So did I. Not sure what's happening.  But lots of people lost it as well.

Thank you for posting!  I lost mine and went through all the support steps.   4 hour phone delay so something is going on.    I cannot re-install the app either.

I have 8 series 4k Samsung and it’s up to date with the latest software ( I recently checked). And like everyone else the Samsung Tv plus disappeared. 
The tv doesnt even recognize the tv plus when I try to find it as an app or to reinstall. Did anyone else get theres back? I seen some people tried to restart tv to factory settings and Tv plus still can’t be found.

Well it's all around the US at this point.. Guess we'll have to wait until midnight or whatever 😖.. Kind of defeats the purpose of having the button on the remote at this point

Samsung TV Plus disappeared on Samsung Q70R model AND my TV partially reset immediately after an update. 

The Samsung TV Plus app vanished immediately AFTER an automatic Firmware Update completed. The TV no longer has the Samsung TV Plus app and newly installed is Cable Live TV app which displays static and opens the setup for TV Wi-Fi, Account Login, Smart Hub, and Antenna. 

The Samsung TV Plus app is referenced by the Universal Guide but is not available within apps, store, etc.. 

It is almost as if my TV has undergone a super soft system reset because my apps/settings (Auto Motion Plus preferences, Wi-Fi, Sources, Soundbar, etc.) other than Samsung TV Plus and SmartHub are unaffected. I am having to go to my Apps (still installed) to add them back to SmartHub. 

Also, preinstalled apps that I had managed to uninstall have reappeared again.

Been down for about an hour. I'm hoping it's an update and nothing serious. It would have been great and made a lot of sense had Samsung post a message a week or so in advance on an update. So which is it 'Update' or 'Systems are down' 😒🤔
