Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesWhat's odd is my smart tvs Samsung TV plus channels are not working but the android apps working fine. Thanks for post Samsung TV will be down for a day or two, more than a few customers will just buy a new TV thinking that's the only solution.

Samsung Apps and ServicesIt would’ve been really nice of Samsung to inform customers of the situation before the fact, if it’s an upgrade. I spent hours thinking it was an error on my part, factory resetting tv, signing in and out of accounts, unplugging router/modem, then calling cable company as instructed by msg on tv since network shows everything ok. Which now that I think about it doesn’t make since as it’s not the internet that is the issue because I can still watch Netflix!! No wonder the cable company seemed as confused as I am! 😂 Thanks for the update!
