Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

The same happened to me today. Poof! The streaming channels are gone and I am unable to reinstall the app.

This reflects my experience too. I bought this tv specifically for this app. Samsung has a huge #FAIL right now. Huge.

I am having exact !!!!! Same problems.  That app is main reason I bought the TV.

Still not working.. woke up to both of my samsung tvs missing the app altogether 😭 just like everyone has said above and below. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly, I RAVE about my Samsung devices all of the time.. let's get it together folks.

Samsung TV Plus app disappeared from 2 Samsung televisions this morning on Dec 20th, 2023 in the Phoenix Arizona area. On the screen is a message that states:

“There are no Samsung TV Plus channels available at the moment. Try again later.”
