Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

• Same exact thing has happened to me today. I even reset the TV to factory . Still not Samsung TvPlus .

I hope they fix the issue of having 2 different TV guides. I press guide on my remote(universal remote) and a guide appears. But it's not the Samsung Plus Guide. It's rather strange because they both had the same channels, but favorites work differently. Why do I have to click through 2-3 icons just to get to the "Samsung Plus TV Guide" guide. Why doesn't just pressing "guide" take me to the guide, as it should?

Also, if I happens to be on a Pluto Channel, the Pluto guide will come up, If I happen to click the "wrong" thing.

And please, give us the option to turn off the onscreen popup info, every time we turn a channel on the guide, after being on an app.

Won't hold my breath that they'll have it restored in 24-48hrs either. Gut feeling tells me they've got a major "glitch" on their hands & have a feelings lots of Samsung ppl will be working O/T into > thru the wknd...already 1900+ comments in 8hrs. I can only imagine the major $ hit Samsung will take as a result... #WalkTheTalkSamsung

Samsung, remotely deleted the App, in order to gives us more control, I mean to control us better using another App.

Same symptoms on my tv. Will the fix be automatically pushed out? If not, when it is ready how do we pull it to our televisions??
