Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesI’ve contacted support. We’ve power cycled 4x, reset Smart hub, connected to DNS Server manually, factory reset, searched for the app to reinstall and it doesn’t come up and much more other troubleshooting.
The Samsung tv plus app literally deleted itself as I was watching Tv. Is Samsung TV plus a limited service or supposedly free during the lifetime of the TV? Anyone else with this issue?

Samsung Apps and ServicesApparently everyone is experiencing this issue today and they didn't inform us in advance that there was a planned revamp happening. Others saying it will be back in 24-48 hours.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThank you so much. Apparently they didn’t tell their support team either as I’ve been doing troubleshooting with an agent for over an hour…thanks again I’ll update you all in a few days if it truly corrects itself!
