Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I remember this happening a month or so ago, and then the app miraculously reappeared. Hope that's what will happen this time--and soon!

I woke up this morning and Samsung plus is no longer available...the whole reason I bought this TV. What exactly is the problem and no I will not be mirroring any Galaxy devices as I am getting rid of those. I am also not looking to download Plto TV as it is not a good alternative. Can someone explain the issue and give an estimated date to be fixed

It says that it's been deleted and when I searched in my app store it is no longer there it says that there's no such app to download

All three of Samsung TVs have lost the Samsung TV Plus app. My mother's Vizio TV still has it's Vizio supplied Web TV app. Maybe it's time to change brands.

I've tried everything to get it back but it's just gone. Even did a factory reset.
