This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
Sure glad I found this community. I too lost the Samsung TV Plus app. Also lost the Pluto app which I did get back. Now this didn’t affect my other Samsung tv oddly enough so it ‘s affecting certain models.
i have the same issue had it on in the background and had the screen pop up thats says i need to connect the source plugged tv plugged back in no luck, i just reset tv thought that would work but nothing, i didnt try everything else because i didn't want to waste my time with no end result like most people here did, i just got the pluto tv app just until this get resolved Hopefully soon, it a shame Samsung dropped a ball with this they could have at least emailed those with accounts on their tv!
Same!! I just wasted over an hour just resetting everything only to realize it was not me - the APP IS GONE!! Samsung - please bring it back - I got the TV for this amazing feature!! Thank you!
