I checked that Samsung has received my trade-in devices (even FedEx says my packages are delivered), but I have not gotten any form of confirmation/results of my trade-in even after the 21 day period. It has been over a month now and my orders page still says Samsung is pending receipt of the devices. What can I do to resolve this?

Did you try talking to Samsung Customer Support ?

Make sure you have the order number and the FedEx tracking number when you start the chat, because you will need both. When Samsung verifies with the FedEx website that it has been delivered, they will manually update the orders page to stay that it was manually completed and there will be no charge back. Yes, I've had this happen several times. In fact, I traded in my S21 Ultra for an s24 ultra in December and that happened. Then just this month I traded my wife's s22 Ultra for an s24 Ultra and the same thing happened.
