Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesI put in a request for a callback using the request help option. When they called it didn’t even ring, just showed up as a missed call. They aren’t even trying

Samsung Apps and Servicessince I had two requests, the second one went through. She said it’s a known issue, Samsung is working on it. No eta for when it will be finished and once it’s fixed, it will just show back up on your tv like it was before. They will not be sending any kind of notification out for this.
