Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

It's funny how Samsung tv plus magically disappeared from my tv yet not on my phone..... I refuse to get cable, and I would like my money back for purchasing this tv....Samsung you suck :eggplant::eggplant:

One Samsung TV Plus works. Other is deleted and I can't figure out how to install. It simply won't do it. Annoying.

Not only is Samsung TV+ gone, but now I can't reply to anyone- says the messages are gone/deleted. what's happening? For some odd reason, I can watch on my laptop

Samsung is doing a network update. It will be down for 24 to 48 hours.

And it looks like others are calling as well cause I'm seeing it posted a lot now. They claimed they sent out emails but I never got one and I have had the same Samsung Account/Email for years now.

I never got an email, either- and there's no reason they couldn't have posted it in "news and announcements"
