Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesI chatted with the chief BOT. It said 24 to 48 for the 'outage " to be resolved with an "update". Going to be alot of "broken" Samsung product returned to stores over the next couple of days.

Samsung Apps and ServicesWe have 4 Samsung TIZEN TVs and only 3 of them had the Samsung TV Plus app deleted. One TV still works fine. So, how can the service be down? hmmm

Samsung Apps and ServicesHave 2 SAMSUNG TVs, 1- 58" is 2yrs old, 70" is 2wks old. The new one has SAMSUNG Plus working. The 58" says it was deleted? Nope, no one here did it, ran possible diagnostics, off/on, connected to WIFI, Reset WIFI, looked for in apps, nope, tried to do UPDATE, bombed twice, not connected to cable, but it says I am, WEIRDER!
Search led me here, so I'm not alone in this.
SAMSUNG post something for us! Then we know you are working on the issue.

Samsung Apps and Serviceshaving the same problem. turned on the TV and Samsung TV Plus is gone. all the other apps work just fine.
