This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
I checked the available apps for the Samsung TV. It no longer exists. I guess it was too expensive without enough sponsorship revenue. That’s just my guess but all that time looking at countdown screens instead of ads costs them money for programming.
I just checked my Samsung TV. My Samsung TV Plus is back on my TV. I hope it's not a fluke. WOO HOO I hope it's there when I wake up. Just remember everyone. Scan your TV for channels. It will not show what's on until you do.
