Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesI just spent the afternoon trying to either get Best Buy geeks to help me (Where I bought the samsung tv) and then Samsung customer support with auto message saying it's a 5 hour 20 minute wait time! How can the app just not be there anymore? On my older model and the brand new one I bought last month. PLEASE FIX THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Samsung Apps and ServicesMine's gone too! This has never happened before. I agree with everything Jdoglill said. I read the Samsung reply but don't know how to "update my firmware." Honestly, I'm not that tech savy. Cutting cable for Smat Tv was a HUGE deal for me.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI had to create a new account just to see this, not only was my sstvp gone, but it logged all of us out of our samsung devices, changed the account ohine number to an old number that I had updated to current number over a year ago. So as prompted I changed the number again....now they say I have to wait 2 weeks or create new account. Problem is new account....everything associated with the onee I'm now locked out of....isn't in the new one which means I can't work, and kids can't compete online school tasks. I explaind thisis an error on samsung, that is going to cost me my job, and kids to be removed from online school and they will fail for not completing the online tasks, and they said sorry, wait 2 weeks or create new account. This is ridiculous. They're still texting the same options, please be patient and wait the 2 weeks, and look for another job or schooling options. Yes....they actually said that.
