This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
I am missing Samsung TV Plus as well it's frustrating because those are the stations I like watching and I'm trying to recoup from a surgery so you guys removing it at this time with all the Christmas shows coming on I don't know what the heck I'm gonna do Outside of getting a different brand of TV which I can't afford I'm really ticked off I thought Samsung was supposed to be top of the line but you pulled the rug out of underneath your customer's feet is not good
I guess they're updating the Samsung TV Plus without telling the customers that they're doing this and it's going to be out for 24 to 48 hours according to another post in a different area on this site
That’s nice to know I’m recovering from back surgery my self and love the shows and was looking at other notifications but couldn’t find anything yet. Thanks for the post!
