Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesSamsung TV plus is gone. It says I have no TV signal. (TV connected to WIFI and I can access apps.) When I select GUIDE, it says there are no channels and I should scan. I select scan and then it asks if I have air or cable. Well, neither. Never had to do that before. I see this is a common problem. is going on?
I've gone the soft reset (unplug from outlet, unplug power cord from TV)
I've reset SmartHub back to factory, that didn't fix it.
This is maddening.
