Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Feeling less lonely. Spent parts of the day trying to get it back thinking it was me. Hopefully this is fixed soon. I use the true crime channels for background noise. 😆

I've seen a lot of people posting Samsung TV is down. Mine is as well. I called Tech Support they said it's being updated and will be down for approximately 24 to 48 hours. They are currently working on it as we speak. So it's not our tvs! 

UPDATE @ 3:20 p.m. Eastern Time 
I just did the tech support by text and this is the response I got. So it's either an update or an outage. Either way they are aware and working to get it back up.

I'm glad someone took the initiative to post this for everyone. I was considering it myself. 😆🤙🏽

You would think that Samsung could have notified everyone so we didn't have to spend time trying to figure out what was wrong with our TVs when, there there is nothing wrong 😞
