Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame thing happened to me…. If I click on suggested movie on the tv it tells me the app was deleted and then gives an option to install but does nothing.

Samsung Apps and ServicesMine too. This is lousy support that they would decide to revamp it and not notify customers that they are doing this. I seriously hope they get it done quickly. Also no new firmware for a really long time now.

Tech Support says there is an update being performed to the TV Plus app. It is expected to take 24-48 hours to complete and their engineers are working on it now. They say the app will restore upon completion of the update. Poor execution to say the least.
