This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Spoke to Samsung Support via their SMS text Support... Issue had already been reported.  Technical teams are working on it.  No ETA given.

Same thing happened to me…. If I click on suggested movie on the tv it tells me the app was deleted and then gives an option to install but does nothing.

 says you Samsung is revamping the TV PLus app and that Customer Service told her to allow 24 to 48 hours (and that it's going to still be free but even more premium than before.) Meanwhile - havoc figuring what's happening as I'm thinking my TV is malfunctioning!

Mine too.  This is lousy support that they would decide to revamp it and not notify customers that they are doing this.  I seriously hope they get it done quickly.  Also no new firmware for a really long time now.

Samsung TV Plus App Updating
Tech Support says there is an update being performed to the TV Plus app. It is expected to take 24-48 hours to complete and their engineers are working on it now. They say the app will restore upon completion of the update. Poor execution to say the least.
