Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesThe Samsung TV Plus works on my older smart TV but not the newer one I purchased a few months ago. All tVs have the firmware updated and my mom is having the same issue on her tv as well

Samsung Apps and ServicesRestarting the Smart Hub didn’t work. Tried to reinstall- not available in search but through universal guide found a show and clicked watch option. Gives install window but after a click the install window disappeared and the app did not install.
Ran updates for the hub and it came back that it was updated. If there is a different update option for firmware where is it?

Samsung Apps and ServicesPerfect timing. I need a new phone and have been researching between the Pixel or wait for the Samsung in January.
Their little stunt today just made that an easy decision.
(I ditched my last Samsung because they locked in Google Plus and other non-functioning apps that I could not remove)

Samsung Apps and ServicesSamsung is having an "outage" with the TVPlus app. The chatbot says they are "updating", which will take 24 to 48 to complete. Your TV is not broken. Samsung's messaging is.
