My trade in’s have always went smoothly I did have to call once because it was coming up on 30 days and still wasn’t processed so they manually approved my trade in. customer Service has always been great to me with over 10 trade in’s.
If you’re having an issue with your trade I suggest contacting Customer Service and asking for a Supervisor to help with your issue
