Samsung Apps and ServicesHas to be either a glitch within Play Protect or Samsung Wallet but leaning more towards Play Protect given that Wallet is straight from Samsung and not some random app. I do hope we get some sort of confirmation because I won't lie when I say that I am a bit anxious.

Samsung Apps and Servicesit seems kind of hypocritical that Google call this out since they do the exact same thing by getting your text messages, emails, contact lists, etc being on an andriod based phone.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThere is now an update on the Galaxy store for the Wallet App. Once you perform the update, go to the Play store and in the settings under your profile turn off the protect and then turn it back on. Perform the scan one more time and it should be all resolved.
