Make sure you have a good internet connection
If you do then restart the Gallery app or your phone

Samsung Cloud no longer saves pictures or documents as of about 2021. They now have a contract with Microsoft OneDrive to provide that service. So you are going to have to use OneDrive or Google Drive or one of the other cloud services to save your pictures to the cloud. Hope this helps.
