Samsung smart switch app update will not complete

My Samsung smart switch app has been updating for a week. It doesn't make sense because it says it's 36.56MB/36.56MB so it should be done updating by now, I even disabled the app but the notification is still there. Does anyone know how to get rid of the notification at least 😭?

Try settings than apps and in smart switch clear the cache
