Samsung Apps and Servicesmy SmartTag2 was registered to my stolen Samsung A35phone. I have a new A35 and want to link it to the new phone. The message is "this tag belongs to someone else". It doesn't actually, it's just registered via my stolen phone. How can i reset the tag so i can use it?

Samsung Apps and ServicesThanks for your interest. Unfortunately that does not work. I have reinstalled the smartthings app and it still claims to be registered to someone else. Is it registered to the phone or the account holder. From the action so far, it seems to be aligned to the phone.
If so, I need a way to reset the smarttag2 itself.
