Samsung Apps and ServicesI have a factory unlocked Note 8 on sprint and I can't get it to update through SmartSwitch. I got a few errors downloading but when it was done downloading it gets stuck on the downloading to phone screen at %0 and no matter how many times I have tried today it just won't finish.
Is there something I am doing wrong? Manually trying to update VIA the android Securty Update option doesn't return any updates.
Frustrating. Maybe older SmartSwitch software will work? Any links to the previous versions?

Samsung Apps and ServicesI just tried it again and it updated. Maybe it was bad firmware?

Samsung Apps and ServicesI had the same problem a couple of days ago. I uninstalled smart switch from my PC and reinstalled then it worked fine.

Samsung Apps and Services@JimKar I believe that is what solved my issue. Can't tell for sure but it finally worked. Sometimes the software is buggy and a reinstall fixes any issues. Cheers
