SmartTag 2 Volume

I just purchased 3 SmartTag 2's and the ringer volume on the tags is so low i can barely hear it. I have the volume set to high. And no, it's not my ears 🙂 How Do I get them louder?

@FaLaLaLa There are 2 volumes possible. 

1. Open SmartThings on your phone.
2. Click on the tag.
3. After it confirms that it is connected, click on Ringtone and volume. 
4. Select High.

Thank you, but yes I had it set it to High but the volume remains very low.
