Projectors & Other TVsI have a Samsung tv that I purchased on Oct 4 2023 and picked up from the authorized dealer on Oct 8th. I submitted a warranty claim on Oct 5th 2024 and Samsung will not honor the warranty. They want a proof of pick up but their vendor only shows the day the tv was ordered and not picked up. I provided proof of purchase and the transaction date on the invoice even shows it was processed on 10/8 but that is not good enough. Either way it is shocking that being 8 hrs late on a warranty claim and they won’t honor or honor their own vendors invoice that shows the day the payment transaction was processed.
