After switching over to a new phone because my old one suddenly broke, I haven't been able to sign into my PENUP account. I have finished and unfinished works on there and I really don't want to lose them.
Nah, I'm not getting any error message really. It's just as if the account isn't there. But I know it is because I could see it when I looked it up once.

We recommend contacting support for the app using the Send Feedback option. Open PenUp, click the 3 dots, settings, contact us, feedback send an error report.
Let us know if you are able to recover the account.
