Samsung Apps and ServicesI had the voicemail issue of not getting any alerts or notifications that a new voicemail had been received and stored. This resulted in the voice-message mailbox becoming full without knowing, which resulted in people not being able to leave a message. Bad result. Tried the solution laid out in prior messages about this topic that included doing a forced stop of the app, pressing clear cache, then clear data. No joy. Also, clearing data takes out any and all saved messages. Not desirable. True solution was (on a Galaxy S20 FE 5G) pressing: Settings, General management, Reset, Reset Network Settings. Then restart the phone. Voicemail asked for permissions etc., but set up and works properly. Warning...if you have often-used wifi connections write down their passwords, because a network reset will require them to be re-entered. With that caveat the solution worked; hope this helps.
