What does this little orange icon mean?

My question is about the icon that appears with the picture of the app, the little orange icon, does anybody know what that means. I am curious, and also unaware of the meaning of the icon. If anyone here in the community can provide me insight or answers to what it means I would be very grateful and appreciative. Thanks for your help and time concerning this matter.

It indicates second app for dual messenger.
