Air Actions

An air actions notice that I cannot get off of my screen has made my tablet unusable. Every other function including power off and reboot is locked out. I despise air actions as it is because they are more trouble than they are worth. This is garbage and unnecessary complication with no real advantage.

Hello, I definitely understand your frustration with the Air action pop-up and the inability to operate the tablet. It will be my pleasure to assist. To start I would recommend forcing a reboot on the tablet. You can do so by pressing and holding the POWER and VOL. DOWN simultaneously for approx. 10 secs which will cause the device to reboot.

The other option for a reboot is to press and hold the POWER button for up to 2 mins and this will prompt the device to react accordingly. You can also allow the device's battery to drain. Once drained, charge the tablet for 20 mins uninterrupted and then turn it back on. Once you're able to access the tablet's settings there are steps to disable the Air actions. Those steps are to open Settings> Advance options> S-pen> toggle on/off.
