TabletsHi - my Tab A 9.7 hs a round dead spot on the right edge halfway down. I recently got a new case/cover that has a strap to close. And that - coincidentally - is where the round spot is.
Is there a fix for that?
Thank you -

TabletsIf the case has a magnet in that location, it would be the cause of the issue.

Tablets- that's what I was thinking. WHY Would someone make a case that clearly jacks up the device??!!???
- will the dead spot go away or is it truly dead?
- thank you! @LongHiker

Tablets"will the dead spot go away or is it truly dead?"
Take the case off. It should work properly with the case off.

TabletsWell yep that worked. Duh.
Still think it's stupid to have a magnet that can damage the very thing it's meant to protect! lol.
Thanks again for taking the time to reply.
Have a great day

TabletsI left the little tab/magnet thingy 'off' overnight and the dead spot isn't dead anymore. I may just cut off the flap closure that's got a magnet in it. TY
