How to find and download Samsung Kids+ app

How to find and download this app. I just bought 3 Galaxy Tab A8 tables for my kids (SM-X200). Supposedly they are compatible with this app.  When I go to the Google  or Samsung store I can't find it.  

What's the deal?

The Galaxy Store has Samsung Kids Installer.  Play Store has Amazon Kids+

No Samsung Kids installer is not the same as Samsung Kids+
The installer is a free Kids environment forvthe tablet. Samsung Kids+ is a monthly subscription program. In my opinion much better than Amazon Kids+ with curated Games, books and programs. My nephew has it on his tablet but I can't find it in either store.
