It needs to be registered, but it doesn't have a Imei number. #HELP #PLEASE

What makes you think it don't have an IMEI number?

From the Status screen, select IMEI information. The IMEI number will be displayed. Note: If you have set up NumberSync™, you can view your IMEI by dialing *#06# from the keypad in your Phone app. You can also view the IMEI number on the hardware itself near the bottom of the back of the device.

When you go to register your tablet, you can select cellular or wifi. If you choose wifi, you only need the serial number.
