Reeeally hoping someone could help me out here, (asap)?
Been trying to sign in to my tablet T550, which, I think may've suddenly been hacked? B'cuz I haven't needed to sign in, in a very long time, but suddenly now I do.
I did try many times to hard reset the tablet but never goes to that list I need to pick from, to reset it. Just takes me back to my desktop home screen.
I did just reset my PW, however, I still can't sign in to my tablet.

Is your app up to date, and is your wifi connection stable? Under settings in your desktop on your tablet, is there a reset option? A hard reset might work, but I'm not sure if the sequence of buttons to push. If you think you are hacked, personally, I would contact Samsung support directly. Sorry you are going through this.
