SD tray will not eject, tool just goes all the way in and does nothing

I have a Samsung Tab A7 Lite and I wanted to add more memory but the ejector tool just goes all the way into the hole with no resistance whatsoever. What can I do to get the tray out??

U wanna put it in and turn to the side and pull while it's turned

@userHvzqlG5Z2Q Are you certain that you used the tool in the SD card ejection slot?

It sounds like you may have inserted it into the speaker or microphone slot. 

Make sure the hole that you are using is at one end of the round rectangular piece.
