Samsung Galaxy Book w620 stops charging at 70-80%

Said device stopped charging at 82% at first but still shows that it's plugged in. The next day it stopped charging at 73% but still also shows that it's plugged in. Pls help!

Are you using the original charger that came with the device? How long have you had it?

Yes i am using the original charger that came with the device to check. And its still working as I have tried it on another samsung device. I've had since 2016 but I don't overuse it and dont use it while charging. It just happened like that

Hey, give this link a shot: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110727/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to Gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
