Why hasn't there been a security patch update for this tablet since the May of 2024? We are weeks away from December and still waiting for an update. I bought my device thinking that I would have updates that were promised and that apparently is not the case. I haven't even had it two years yet and now I can't seem to get an update. This does very little to make customers think about buying anything else that you sell in the future. Promising updates and not providing is not something that you expect from this brand.

Assuming you're referring to the S6 Lite, You should be getting it at any time.  The S6 Lite (2022) is on Biannual updates.  The only S6 series tablet on quarterly updates is the S6 Lite (2024) and there is no S6 on any security update schedule.

I have had my tablet a little more than a year. Prior to the May security patch there were updates each quarter. So it is a little bit surprising the change to the update schedule. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a tablet. Not trying to debate your research that was provided; just surprising that's all.

You were correct about the security patch update arrival. It shows the November 1st security patch now. Hopefully, there will be another update before May of 2025. Thank you for your response.
